Default Safest and Cheapest place to live in Indy.

It seems like the safest place to live in Indy is also the most expensive one. My current apt is cheap but not as safe as I want. Does anyone know anywhere in Indy who's safe to live and affordable? please HMU. Thanks for your time.

Isn't that par for any city? The most desirable location costs more?

It generally costs less to live on the south side. Without anymore info on your definition of "cheap" and "safe" I am not sure what to tell you.

I pay 615 a month for a 2br, 1.5bath. I found that kind of "cheap". But what do I know?

North side has more money, south side has less crime. South side also cheaper but center township is the cheapest place. Fountain Sq is going through gentrification at this point and people really seem to love it over there. Also downtown, North Meridian is actually pretty cheap and safe as well.
