And a good time to buy in that area. Prices are down 15-20% from last year

Yes, at least that much. We are looking at a house in Forest Hills that has been lowered by over 20%.

Default Sunflower

Sunflower Market in BR is closed. Many grocers catering to organic / free range etc are having a hard time. With the economy down and commodity prices up, it appears that those types of stores are suffering as expensive organic food is viewed as a luxury . . . people are heading back to Kroger etc to help with their budgets.

All 5 of the Sunflower markets closed. I agree some of their inventory was a hard sell, especially in the frugal midwest. I like the idea of Fresh Market and I love good food, but I don't see paying $22 a pound for salmon or beef.

It will be interesting to see how it does in MK as that area is not typical of Indianapolis.

Any stats on % of dual career families there? (More likely to go for the "almost prepared" food there)
