Dont think it has a reputation yet but I am impressed by the website. Not too much retail immediately around the area but a lot of plans including perhaps a new Marsh grocery. Being next to Cosmopolitan gives more people living in the area which is good. It is much closer to IUPUI than other buildings and totally walkable. Easy walk downtown and to the library.
