Looking for Apartment (gated, maintenance, to live in)

Hi, I'm looking for an apartment somewhere between downtown and Castleton. I'm having a hard time finding a place.

I'm looking for 500-600 sq. ft. for around $550-$650. I don't really want to live in a huge apartment building, possibly something with around 8 units.

If downtown, gated parking. Pet friendly, updated, A/C.

I currently live in Broad Ripple, but I'm in a dump.

My daughter just moved in Scarborough Lakes and so far it's a great value and very location friendly in terms of getting around. It is a large (# of units) apt. complex though. Lake view, ground floor, 1 bdrm is about 440. 24 hour maintenance guarantee (our only call resulted in a 3 hour turn around for problem to be fixed!)
