Estimate utility cost for one bedroom apt. 571 sq. ft (Hope: live, costs)

I am wondering about costs for gas, electric, etc.

Although this has been about 3 years ago; lived in a 570 sq ft apt.

Electric: $30/summer, $20/winter
Gas: $30/summer, $50/winter
Cable: $50 (basic analog, no premium channels)
Phone $35 (basic service w/ caller ID)

It makes a difference when you live on the ground floor vs. higher floors as well. In the winter, an upper floor apt will be warmer since the heat rises, but conversely, will have a hard time getting cooler in the summer for the same reason.
