I am interested in any feedback on The Westons in Carmel at 106th and Michigan Road. We are considering several houses in this development. Any feedback on the subdivision, general area, and/or schools is greatly appreciated.

Not sure about that neighborhood, but since it's at 106th and Michigan, it will have no problems. Everything in the area is very nice and is near the west side of Carmel's retail area. It also has very easy, albeit congested, access to I-465. You'll find this to be a huge benefit when comparing commute times to Indianapolis. Carmel has the best public schools in all of Indiana.

Near 106th and Meridian would be a benefit for me since all the interesting daily shopping needs are so close and new.

Only difficulty is rush hour traffic on Michigan. Oh, and the poor quality Walmart at the corner of 86th and Michigan. Went there Sunday and will avoid it in future. But with all the alternatives, can be avoided.

Please visit the Super Target up near 106th & Michigan. Get 5% off with your Target Red Card for all purchases too (can't beat that).
