Made it to work this morning, even though I didn't want to be out. Roads in Fishers and Carmel weren't terrible. Fishers main roads were clear, Carmel not so much. Very little traffic because of the holiday really helped, though, too.

Woke up to thunder snow this morning in Monroe County. I can't really tell how much snow is on the ground. It's drifting near the house and on the deck. Predictions call for more snow the farther south one goes. DD in Carmel decided to take a work at home day. Personally I hope we don't see a snow plow until tonight after it ends. The later that truck comes through, the more snow it will get cleared. Typically only makes a single trip through our little neighborhood.

I love snow days! I am home drinking margaritas in my pajamas! By the pitcherful! But I use a whole orange, lemon and lime in each pitcher so they are actually quite healthy!
I will get to shoveling the driveway later on when the wind stops blowing.
