Indianapolis traffic is very very light compared to some of the major cities around the country.

For the people claiming that traffic in Indy is "non-existant"--have you ever driven on the beltway in rush hour traffic? I've come to a complete stop on 465 many a time, especially on the NE and NW sides (I commuted down for work on occasion before I got laid off).

Granted it's better than a lot of places, but we don't want to give people the wrong idea.

Yes, I have been stopped on the beltway before. I usually get stopped for usually no less 5 minutes. In some rare cases I have been setting there for much longer than 5 minutes usually because of a major accident.
