Why would anybody want to live in or even visit Handcuff County?

'Cause we got $$$ for public safety and infrastructure. Less riff-raff, too.

All you have up there are yuppies, ridiculous amounts of traffic, overcrowding, bored cops, and stupid roundabouts.

Although I'm not really a Hamilton County hater, I don't see the appeal of living there.

We could easily afford to live in any county in the area, yet we have no desire to move to Carmel or Fishers.

Indy is just more our speed.

If I had to move to any of the outlying towns, it would be Zionsville, without a doubt. Carmel is a joke, IMO, and Fishers is quickly following in its footsteps. Zionsville still maintains a bit a class and doesn't exude the desperate "keeping up with the Joneses" vibe that I get from Carmel (and slowly but surely, Fishers).

Doesn't surprise me. 98% of people are barely smart enough to function on a day to day basis.

Yep, true but smart enough not to move to Brightwood (Zip code 46201) which is one of the most crime ridden parts of Indy.

Brightwood is not in the 46201 zip code.

46201 is home to places like Woodruff Place, Emerson Heights, Little Flower, Windsor Park, Springdale, Bosart-Brown, and Englewoood. The fact that HamCo guy doesn't know that is not surprising.
