My husband just took a job in Fishers Indiana, and we are looking for a nice duplex, apartment, or house in and around the area. If the right place was available he would have no problem commuting 20 minutes one way into town. We have a seven year old daughter and we want to put her in a great school, and we have two pets.

Our price range is from $600 to $1300 a month, and two to three bedrooms.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Noblesville has alot of homes for rent in that high end of that price range. Theres vinyl village full of rentals out there. Go online and you should be able to find them.

For apartments most of the nicer looking apartment complexs in both fishers and noblesville are fairly nice. Theres one on greenfield near promise rd i think to stay away from but the rest are nice. The ones by 69 and 146th street are real nice.

I live in an older complex in Carmel and pay $700/month with water/trash included and I don't think a 3BR would run more than $900. It's less than a mile from 146th for a quick eastern shot into Fishers. Everything is kept up well (by my standards at least) and there hasn't been a single issue of safety (police calls, etc) since I've been here. Let me know if you want more info.

Emigrations, what complex do you live in? We will be back up there in two weeks and we would like to look around Carmel. We looked at a few in Fishers and Noblesville but we didn't make it out towards Carmel yet. I saw some advertised that had all utilities paid. I think they were called Twin Lakes. Are they nice? Finding one that pays everything is nice but not a necessity. I would like one that possibly pays internet and cable or at least internet. Most of the ones I looked at online don't provide that. Most of the apartments here in Springfield provide that and it helps not to have those extra bills.

Thanks for the info!
