Fishers' traffic is getting out of control with all the work on 69. Fishers is only going to get worse. I think it's going to improve Carmel's desirability even more as Fishers becomes a traffic nightmare.

Rick,

I lived in the San Fernando Valley from 1953 to 1989. Then bought a home near Palmdale. Am packing up the place in Palmdale and getting ready to move back to Indiana to be near relatives. Most everyone from SoCal I talk to wants to get out also. We mostly agree that the only thing CA has going for it is weather. The overcrowding, political climate and traffic is getting so brutal!

Dave
