Default New Home Inspector Recommendations

Does anyone know of any good/reputable home inspectors? We are going to be building and I was wanting to get a few inspectors in mind for when I would need one. I am looking for one fairly close to the south side of Indy (Franklin Twnship). Thanks!

I am a Realtor, and I usuallly use US Inspect, another company we use often in my office is Cornerstone. Finally, another girl in my office swears by S&S Inspections. I'm sure you could find these all on the internet easily.

You know... you can (and should, in my opinion) use a realtor even when you buid. You just have to be sure they are with you when you go check out the communities. I would love to help if you aren't already working with another realtor or already signed in with a builder.

My brother-in-law is our realtor. We are using him and we have already signed the contract. Thank you for the offer though!

Wow, cool! Do you guys do a lot of new hom einspections or mainly pre-existing homes? Ours will be a new build scheduled to close in October. This is our first home and I want to make sure everything is built correctly. Thanks!
