My family of four (2 kids age 6 and 8) is looking at moving to the Fishers/Carmel/Noblesville area. My husband and I are both RNs and will be looking for positions at local hospitals. My hubby is more flexible with the position he wants, but I only work Neonatal ICU. I've narrowed down my search to a few hospitals, but my top choice is Community Health North. Is anyone familiar with this hospital and repuatation? Bonus points if you can advise me on the NICU!
If this is where I work, where would be the best place for us to live? We would like a safe neighborhood with good schools and a fairly easy commute. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated! Thank you!

Fishers would be your closest option as far as quick commute with good schools, though keep in mind Community North is in a very congested area. Still, nurse schedules usually don't follow the typical 8-5 crowd so you may not have to worry as much about rush hour traffic.
