Cool What's a good way to find jobs?

I'm relocating to Indiana this May/June and I'm trying to find jobs I can apply to. Any ideas besides the obvious CareerBuilder, Monster, Jobster, and Craigslist?

...which really makes me wonder...what are the people searching for work doing that don't have a computer?

Get a list of the top employers in Indy (do a google search on top Indiana Companies), and then go to their company websites to apply for a jobs. Most employers will not take paper applications/resumes anymore, because they use applicant tracking software to filter out the resumes. These companies will keep your resume on file for quite a while, and contact you if any openings that you are qualified for become available. Also, another good way to find a job is through networking. You know, talk to a friend who has a friend etc. Companies like to hire people that are recommended by their employee's. It saves them in recruiting costs (advertising etc.) and they think someone that is recommended probably would have the same work ethic as their employee. They even offer hiring bonuses to those people. I know, because I have worked in HR for over 20 years for many large companies. I hope this helps.
