Good luck turning onto 116th St (going east) coming from Gray Rd (heading north) - someone has to let you in.

Most of the rest of them work pretty well, assuming that people follow the rules as indicated by the arrows (not a given).
I don't have much problem with Carmel Dr/Rangeline one. I go through it every morning and evening during rush hour. Previously with the stoplight during the lunch hour, Rangleline would routinely back up to KFC and it's almost never more than 3 or 4 cars deep now with the roundabout. In the evening, it eastbound Carmel Dr would back up to the Monon crossing on many occasions. It never gets anything like that and is easily the least backed up of all the major roads that cross Rangeline (106th, 116th, City Center, Main, 136th).

I don't take 116th St at rush hour but I've heard the Gray Rd roundabout doesn't work currently. It may get better when the one at Hazel Dell and 116th is done. But traffic has routinely been backed up from Hazel Dell to Keystone on that road. I agree that 116th St is not designed to handle the load of traffic it has. But it's the only option across the river in a 5 mile span.
