Looking for a Property Management company (Bryant: bank owned, leasing, home)

Hi All

Im a British property investor with connections to Indy and, over the next couple of months, will be buying multi-family properties in perhaps a less salubrious part of the city. The properties are currently tenanted but I will need a management company to take care of them whilst I am overseas.

Could anyone recommend a company that might be able to assist with this?

I have no personal experience with this company yet, but have contacted them about managing my property once I relocate out of state. They're called Bryant Company. They seem to have a lot of services that would be helpful for out-of-town property owners. I am considering using them should my current tenant (that I manage myself b/c I knew her prior to leasing my home to her) moves out after I relocate in May.

The Wilmoth Group I think is into residential property management. Also a great resource for bank owned properties.
