lpaul is on a distinguished road
Our Ryland Home and neighborhood are simply the best. It is not a 'vinyl village' as they use a cement siding there and looks a lot like a custom neighborhood with all side load garages and big lots. Since Ryland is a national builder, the price was lower but we did not sacrifice curb appeal or quality at all. I agree some of the neighborhoods and homes are below par, but Ryland's Estate homes are as good as if not better than anyone.

The neighborhood and neighbors are second to none. There are tons of children and everyone participates in the many social events. The block party had about 150 people there a few weeks ago and the neighborhood is not even 3 years old yet.

I was in a 5 yr old Pulte home in Gray Eagle in Fishers and overall it impressed me as a nice home. It definitely had the size with about 5,000+ sq feet and a finished daylight basement. The only question I had was whether a single furnace and ac system would aequately heat/cool that size house.
