4 star communities. Who get the Oscar? (Fishers, Carmel: houses, good schools, to live)

Does any one aware of somerset woods on 126th fishers(next to oak hall). Any feedback on this community.

We have shortlisted Somerset woods(126th Fishers) instead of Meadow Brooks(116TH Fishers), Lake side park(town rd Carmel) and Cherry Creek(Hazel dell PrkWay, Carmel). Make Sense....... ? Any advise?

And Carmel homes are 65K more than Fishers homes.... Is it worth for little good schools, rich look and feel, may be better resale???????

I lived near Somerset. I know when we lived there, they were planning on widening 126th street to Olio Road, so not sure if traffic on that road would affect my decision. We liked the school system in Fishers more than Carmel. Meadow Brook Village was so winding road for my liking. Also, being a Pulte community, all the houses looked the same to me. We have a poster who used to live there ... oh where oh where oh where is Spartanacus! Somerset is an Estridge Community too right?
