Default Info on Carmel

Anyone know what all the different neighborhoods in Carmel are? I've been to a website that raves about the Village of West Clay, which is WAY overpriced. It mentions that there are many other neighborhoods in Carmel, but doesn't say what they are.

Doesn't matter what the price range is at this time, just want to see the difference in what you get for your money in each neighborhood.

Thanks!

Oh no, don't say West Clay is overpriced, I got jumped on for pointing that out a few weeks ago...

Carmel is huge. You have established neighborhoods like the Brookshire neighborhoods west of Keystone and then as you move west, you get newer/production builder subdivisions. Most every pricerange you can imagine.

There are a lot of neighborhhoods. Brookshire is huge. It boils down to what amenities you want and how much you want to commute.

The city of Carmel website has a list of neighborhoods but no info on them. I have a list with info and houses for sale of some of the biggest neighborhoods on my website (view profile). I also have a list of most of the builders subdivisions in Carmel on my site as well. Take a look and let me know if you have any questions.
