How is Lawrence Township Area? (Fishers, Pendleton: homes, neighborhoods, schools)

Any information on Lawrence Township would be appreciated. How is the area? How is commute into downtown??

What part of Lawrence? Lawrence is extremely diverse being home to Geist and million dollar homes in the north and also $80,000 - $100,000 homes to the south. Depending on where you are in Lawrence, the commute to downtown can be pretty tough at peak hours but still not that bad compared to other cities.

I guess I was looking at area between Fishers and Mccordsville - does that narrow it down more?

Those areas are nice. Not sure if you care about the schools. Let us know if you do

If you're looking at Lawrence, try to stay north of Pendleton Pike. Not to say that there aren't some great homes south of Pendleton Pike, but the homes don't hold their value as well. There are a lot of new neighborhoods going up all over Lawrence if that's what you're looking for.
