Moving there because wife has family in greenwood. Trying to decide between brownsburg, carmel and greenwood. We have a 15 year old daughter so schools are very important, and also if anyone can give me an idea on how hard are jobs to come by, I work for homedepot as a sales specialist now, I am trying to transfer but that may not work out. Thanks for any advice you all can give.

You need job first then choose housing. Good schools on each side of town. You sure dont want job in Greenwood if your job is in Carmel and so on.

On the south side, Center Grove has a good school repuation. Avon on the East, Carmel,Zionsville and Fishers on the north side.

You get the picture. I could live easily in any of these very large areas. So go ahead and get the job(s) first.

You probably also want to check the costs for houses in each of the areas you are considering. Your dollar will go further in Brownsburg than in Carmel, for example, so you would want to know that beforehand.
