Question Electric bills/central air or window unit

I currently have a 400 sq ft studio. I have steam heat in winter and cool it with a window unit in summer. I'm always comfortable and my electric bills average $30 in winter and $50 in summer.
I'm looking into moving into an apartment that is the same size, but has central air/heat. I'm trying to figure out if I can afford it. Does anyone have any idea how much more might I expect to be paying? (I'd love it if you could surprise me and say I'll actually be paying less... )

OK, I'll say it! Your bill should go down some, depends how cool you keep it. Of course I can rent you an apartment, if it is still available, that has all utilities paid that is about 400 sq. ft. for $525 per month.
