Default how's Yorktown Woods in Carmel

Anyone familiar with the Yorktown Woods community in Carmel. This is a new community by Beazer and i am looking at the potential of buying it. I see some negative reviews about this builder in the internet and don't know if it applies to this community as well. My family will be relocating to Indianapolis soon so we are looking at houses in Carmel area since i heard schools are very good over there.

They are good in Fishers and Zionsville too ... Beazer has a strange reputation. I've heard the spectrum of good and bad. I don't know .. get the house thoroughly inspected before buying. That would be my advice.

For all intensive purposes Yorktown, is an add on to Foster Estates. Foster Estates is a very nice neighborhood with a great location. Domergurl is right about the schools though, arguably Zionsville has better schools than Carmel.

Thanks for the replies from both of u....i really appreciate that. I always heard Carmel has the best schools. That's why i want to relocate to that area. Are u sure Zionsville has better school system? It will be closer for my husband to go work.

Zionsville schools made the national rankings a few months ago. Yes, Zionsville schools are better. Go to my link about useful places to find information on Indiana and link to the state's education website ... you can make comparison charts there.
