Moving to Indy
I am looking to mive to Indianapolis from Mishawaka, In. Mishawaka is a small town and is about 99.9% white. I am married and have a 16yr old daughter and a 12yr 0ld son. I am looking for a neighborhood in the city that has the same precentage as Mishawaka. Could someone give me some information on good places to live.

I am sure the people of Indianapolis would be more than happy for you to stay in your suburb of South Bend.

Not to nitpick, but 99% white??? Here are the stats:
White Non-Hispanic (90.2%)
Black (3.6%)
Hispanic (2.8%)
Two or more races (1.9%)
Other race (1.1%)
American Indian (1.0%)
Go back to the city-data.com main website and do your research. It probably would have saved you the grief you (deservedly) received.

A neighborhood in Indianapolis that is 90% white? Those do not exist. If you were mistaken in your use of the word "neighborhood", and really meant suburbs, well then, Zionsville possibly, Cicero, Greenfield, Shelbyville, Nashville, Martinsville, Mooresville, and Danville. I would say these towns are predominately white.
Everyone seems to be racially sensitive to statements such as yours. Since you have computer access, try locating a small town in the vacinity of Indy with the racial makeup that appeals to you. To post a query such as yours on a public forum invites all to criticize your intollerance of others.
