Default advice on apartment in downtown indianapolis
I am looking for an apartment that allows for dogs and that is within the 700-900 price ranges in a safe neighborhood. Can anyone have any suggestions?

Check out Riley Towers! You can have cats and dogs and its right downtown Indy. You can walk anywhere and are close to the only grocery store downtown. They are sky-rise apartments that go up to the 28th floor. One wall is mostly windows giving you a beautiful view of downtown buildings. Also, its the only apartment complex right downtown that has a pool! They are in your pricerange, you wouldn't be dissappointed. They also have tennis courts if you are in to that.
