Well after a year and a half in North Carolina we are ready to return home to Indiana! Unfortunately, we have a home for sale here so we need to find a fairly inexpensive rental home ($750-$950 range preferably) so we can afford rent plus a mortgage for a while. We originally lived in Danville and loved it and family lives in both Brownsburg and Westfield. Any suggestions on rental homes (we have a dog and would like some yard) in the 'burbs on the west or north-west side? I have been scouring craigslist and a couple misc websites without a ton of luck, any ideas of where else to look? Anyone out there have a house to rent that fits our needs? We have 1 dog and 1 cat, both 6 years old and well beyond potty training stage, and have great references from previous rental experiences, as well as clean credit and background history. Any help would be much appreciated! We would be looking to move in before Christmas. Thank you!!
