Default Linden Square and Avon

I am relocating to Indy and have done an extensive apartment search. My top choice so far is Linden Square in Avon. Can anyone tell me if this area is safe and a good area to live in? Does anyone know anything about Linden Square? Thanks!

Well, helllo! I live in the Linden Square neighborhood, and before we bought our house here, we rented in the Linden Square apartments for a month. We liked it so much that we stayed!

Yes, the area is very safe, and I can tell you everything about it!

Default Linden Square!

Sounds like it will be one of my top choices. There is a new complex not far from there that is a JC Hart complex. It's called Gateway Crossing.
Do you know the difference between the two and which one is better?
Thanks!

I don't know that community, but from my experience, JC Hart is a great company. I used to live in one of their complexes and had nothing but great interactions with the staff.

Have decided on Linden Square. Love the setting that the apartments are in and the fact that the cars are parked behind the buildings. The streets are beautiful and they have screened in porches!
Does anyone know if there are a lot of young people (20 ish) in the complex?

I see a lot of young people walking their dogs and stuff around here. Sometimes the people from the apartments bring their kids over to the playground areas in my neighborhood. I would bet there's a good variety of all ages.

Let me know if you have any other questions, I'd be happy to help you out if you need anything.

I used to live in Avon and it is a nice place to live. Linden square is nice to live as well. I think it is a good choice.
