Indianapolis for the large part is a safe city but their are some neighborhoods that you will want to take precautions when traveling through.

What about Lockerbie Square area? I remember going to the house that James Whitcomb Riley lived in when I was in high school and the area was undergoing a renovation.

Lockerbie Square is going through a revitalization project currently. That neighborhood of the city isnt so bad.

I don't think there is a revitalization project in Lockerbie in the sense Coastie seems to be talking about. There may be some development or condos going up, but the neighborhood is pretty much established at this point.

I saw some condo construction and some street enhancement maybe that is why I thought their was a revitalization project. I agree that Lockerbie Square is pretty much established.
