Information on HOI and Prop. Taxes (2010, home owners insurance, how much)

Hi All,

I'm curious, does anyone mind sharing how much their Home Owners Insurance and Property Taxes are? If I move, I would be looking at a 4/2 in about the 150 to 160k range.

I still can't believe what type of house you can get in Indy for 150k~, so I'm trying to work out some of the other expenses.

Can someone mention does nice neighbors on the east or NE sides of town? If I move, that's where the office would be.

Home owners insurance will run you about $60 / month if I had to guess and property taxes can be all over the board. However, with the tax caps being in effect it is somewhat safe to assume your taxes would be no more than $2250 / year in 2009 and $1500 in 2010 based on 150K.
