thanks for all the feedback. Does anyone know any good sites to find houses for rent or lease with option to buy? We will be out in may to look at some houses if anyone has any suggestions.

You might try individual realtor sites like F. C. Tucker Co., REALTORS, or Carpenter Realtors® - Indianapolis Real Estate | Central Indiana Real Estate. I believe these are the two biggest realtors in Indianapolis, although there are several others. Alot of times realtors will serve as property managers for people trying to rent their houses. Some realtors even buy up rental properties themselves, so I would start here.

On most property search sites, it will default to looking for single family residential properties. You can often change that field by using a pull down menu. On my site, you can change it to "lease properties" or something like that.
