Default Noblesville......new construction neighborhoods

I was hoping that someone could help with some names of new construction neighborhoods in the area of Noblesville. It looks like I will be transferring to the North Indy area from Atlanta in the next 2 months. I am looking at Noblesville because of the Catholic school and what seem to be positive reviews of the area.

If someone could recommend some new construction neighborhoods in Noblesville that include the following:

community swimming pool
clubhouse
walking paths
playground
Kid friendly
park (don't know if this one's a reach)

Not looking to spend over 300K.

Any other advice is appreciated about the area. Especially about Our Lady of Grace Catholic church & school.

Thank you

The first place that comes to mind is Whitcomb Ridge ... I know it has a pool ... extraordinarily kid friendly ...

We are moving to the area in the next few months as well. We are going out this weekend to look at some houses. The realtor we are working with is great. She grew up in the area and seems to know alot about the neighborhoods and schools. I'd be happy to pass on her info if you are interested.
