Moving to Indiana soon (Hamilton: closing, cost, kindergarten)

My husband and I are moving to Hamilton County in July.

We have a few questions:

What are the fees there to register our vehicles?

What do I need to register my daughter for kindergarten?

I may think of more!

When your plates are due thats when you pay to register your vehicle. The cost varies by vehicle and what year your vehicle is.

To register for Kindergarten, you need 2 proofs of residency (utility bills, closing documents, etc.)
You need your child's birth certificate and vaccination record.

I think that was it. Then you just fill out all the paperwork.

So you pay that once, when you get the plates? Or is it every year like Registration? I understand it can be a couple hundred dollars for a newer car?

You have to renew your registration every year, and yes, pay every year.
