Default Avon Subdivisions- with young couples
Hello! My fiance and I are looking for a house to move into in Avon after our upcoming wedding. We hope to start a family in the next few years, and are both young professionals. Which subdivisions would be the best to look in? We are looking for a subdivision with other young couples who have started or will be starting a family- as well as a safe and welcoming community. Dog-friendly is a plus too! Thank you for your help!

Hi! I live in Avon and work here, and I love it! I have 2 boys, ages 5 & 8. Obviously, it is part of my job to know all the neighborhoods in the area, and I think I've been in every Avon neighborhood. Most of them have families of all ages and plenty of kids around. What other qualities are you looking for? That can help narrow it down more. Price range? Age of homes? Do you want a neighborhood pool or don't care about that? Smile Avon Subdivisions
We have two dogs and would like a more upper-class neighborhood (safety is extremely important). Quiet isn't exactly wonderful, because we would love to see our neighbors out walking dogs, pushing strollers, etc. Thanks for your help!
