Need Corporate Housing...
Hi all,
I will be moving to Indy and will be working in the Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville area and will need to stay in some sort of corporate housing while I sell my house here in TN. I have two young children so I am looking for somewhere safe for my wife and kids and family friendly. Any suggestions? I would need to stay in housing for about 4-6 months and fully furnished of course and do not really want to spend more than $1,800-$2000 a month. One bedroom would be fine. Thanks in advance!

You certainly have plenty to spend. I don't know where they have furnished apartments - you might just want to call around places in Carmel, Fishers or Noblesville. Might also want to look into a non-furnished apt - you can rent funiture from. I would look CORT furniture rental.

There is an InnTown Suites on West 86th by I-465; as well as one at 86th and Michigan. While not in Hamilton County, it is close.

Thanks for the info. I am guessing that since you are suggesting them, that they are nice and family friendly? Which one would you reccomend putting a family in? Thanks.

My aunt stayed there for about a month, they seemed nice enough. She stayed at the one closer to I-465 and was satisfied. Beyond that, I know little about the place. The suite she stayed in included furniture, appliances, and internet. She rarely watched television, so I can not comment on that.
I know very little about the one at 86th and Michigan other than the fact that it exists. I would prefer the one closer to 465 based on location alone.

I must admit I have never been inside any of the INTown suites, but I would think that is a terrible place to live for more than a week to 10 days

Lilly had some furnished corporate apts at Willow Lake on 86th street, east of Michigan Rd. They are nice and I remember them running about 1800-2000. They have tennis courts, gym and pool too. Really nice community, location and value.
Good luck!
