Talking Paging all Plainfielders.. I have a question..

I have a small question about the small city of Coatesville. Im wanting to buy a home located there. Pros/Cons of this area?? Also my hubs works in Mooresville so I am wanting to know if this would be to far of a hike. I know 36 is the pits as far as traffic goes but hopefully some back roads will ease that.
We are going to look at the home on Sunday, so maybe with a little luck this greenwood family will leave the concrete jungle after all. ( we live in Westminster.. enough said).

Thanks Bunches!!!
Shannon

many years ago I lived at heritage lake. (pretty much coatesville area) I worked in indy. the drive wasn't fun everyday. traffic has only gotten worse. there really aren't too many "back ways" you have to take 36 or 40 into town unless you go farther south then down towards mooresville. but if you want to be OUT of the hustle and bustle it will give you that. he will have to use the drive as unwind.

This is not entirely accurate, really. You can live in Coatesville and get to indy without ever touching 36 or 40. Alot faster and with less headaches than either of those roads or taking 75 to Mooresville. I lived in the boonies between Bainbridge and New Maysville and drove to work in Avon every day for the better/worse part of a decade and 90% of the time {exceptions being horrid weather} didn't touch 36. My friend lived just north of Coatesville in one of the fringe areas outside heritage lake and drove to danville/avon every day without touching 36. It's backroads for sure, but the slight decrease in speed limits is more than made up for in the avoidance of traffic issues in Danville or parts of Avon.

awesome thanks. Well our realtor was another no show so right now we are more worried about finding a good realtor again. The most of the travel will be to Mooresville but if he can take the back roads then that is great. We take the back roads to Mooresville from here in Greenwood now so we are used to it. Thanks again!
