oh yeah those commercials were worse than just about anything except maybe the tax refund commercials filmed at the Steer In, plus they were year-round unlike the tax ditty

I have since moved away from Indy, but I remember this commercial with this crazy guy that sold guns....I think his name was Jack. It was creepy.

And of course ...4..4...4...forty four, forty four.

And "Gotta make a stop at the futon shop!"

I think you might mean "dons guns", and yes, he's still around.

OMG! Yes, that is it. That line was just so creepy to me...and on top of that he says it in such a redneck way. *shudders*

Please tell me that same commercial isn't playing with that hideous slogan!?!

I've seen it a couple times in the last year but on local access type channels not the networks. And one of those times was a spoof of it done by a local band advertising their upcoming free will offering concert where they were filming a video to add to their portfolio.

Crazy Mickey the Beeper King is now running a sign company called "Sign Services" and is doing quite well! Great guy, and we just bought some signs from him last month! His new number is 373-6000.
