Investment Locations in Indianapolis
Looking for investment locations in and around Indianapolis. There is a great deal of knowledge in these forums so I thought I would ask the question and get smarter in the process. I was thinking about purchasing a duplex and renting out the units. Total purchase price less than $250,000. There are so many neighborhoods in the Indianapolis area I'm not sure where to start. I'd like a really good location for safety and resale when the time comes. Must be able to rent easily and obtain good rent (maybe $750 - 1100 per unit).
Any help and advise certainly appreciated and valued!
By the way, what is the difference between Broad Ripple and Rocky Ripple?
