Default Opinions on Westminster Village North for senior living?

My father, 79, just became a widower. Long-time Indy eastsider. 79, slowing down but still able to drive, get out, etc. Seeking potentially independent living environment with opportunity to move to assisted living in the future. Needs one story living arrangement, condo/patio home type or possibly nice apartment. Does anyone have well-informed opinions on Westminster Village North at 63rd and Sunnyside Rd? Their websites don't display costs obviously, but interested in knowledge about general costs to buy or rent, and pros/cons about the campus and company (their reputation).

Thanks much!

My grandmother lived there for 8 years or so until she passed. She started in an independent living apartment, then transitioned to assisted living and finally into the nursing home during her last year. She was very independent up to the last 2 years and loved it there. The facilities always seemed very clean, good staff and nice grounds.

It is a bit pricey, just compared it to American Village (at 54/Crittenden). The latter is nice as well, and a little less expensive.

I would recommend both.
