The only thing to remember is you get what you pay for. If the price is really good, that means either the place is old and not in good physical shape, or the class of people who currently live there aren't very good.

I left Noblesville,IN 5 yrs ago after living there for 15 yrs. I can't think of the place off of Spring Mill RD that has huge houses and a small shopping area within. It is around 130th and up.

Anyway they have real nice apts. for rent or buy. We almost rented there but lost our business and could not afford it anymore.

Having lived here for almost my entire life, I thought that I have experienced everything that this apartment complex has to offer. In the beginning when it was still Woodland Trace everything (yeas everything) was perfect. Sure the place is extremely old and worn down, but the management was amazing! If you ever had a problem the maintenance would solve it in literally 1-3 days.
The people were much more respectful of each other, because they enjoyed living there. Then out of the blue this giant corporation known as Buckingham Corporation, buys out Woodland Trace. At first it was fine; but that's because the woodland trace management left it in such a golden state, that you wold HAVE to try to mess things up in order to mess them up.
It all began with the paint jobs. All of the apartments and town homes were painted a dark green and smoky brown color(i wish i had some before/after photos to show you). Then the the roads started to break and crack(took them 3 years to fix 2 pot hols, there were 5 by the time they fixed them), and dog poop started to become extremely noticeable. It has gotten so bad that everywhere you went there were feces. And that's only the beginning, when you move in yeah they will kiss your a** for a while, but after the 4 call in 3 months, you will be put on the 'wait' list.
This i know for a fact, because i befriended a maintenance worker who now doesn't work here any more, and he told me pretty much all of there little secrets. Yes there's a Marsh and a Kroger very close buy. Yes there are a hand full of very exceptional restaurants around that area, but if you would rather live in the slum's of Carmel and be able to shop near buy be my guest, but keep in mind all of the things that your not getting.
Oh and one more thing. There used to be a full sized gated tennis court, where they decided to build a pathetic 10'x10' play ground. The movie library that the recording mentions consist of 30 or so casets from 10-15 years ago, the gym is run down and disgusting, it has been know that people have had a good time (if you know what i mean) in the tanning beads. and the The agriculture is awful! for additional in formation feel free to call 317-457-4214 about why you should or should not live here, and you will be provided with the wealth of information that I have to offer
