My family and I are moving to Zionsville soon, and I was shocked at a quote from our insurance company for home insurance. We are from a Chicago suburb, which would seem comparable (I was expecting it to be somewhat cheaper in Zionsville, actually) this is more than double what we currently pay. The Zionsville house is certainly larger and nicer than the one we currently have, but not double as nice, if you know what I mean. Does anyone know of a website or any other source of information on the range of home insurance premiums for Zionsville area? All I could find was an average (which said about $750 annual, which is far, far, far less than the quote we got). Thank you!

Try Ameriprise up in Green Bay, Wisconsin. They sell direct instead of using agents and are very competitive on rates.
