I am moving to Indy over the summer and am looking for newer-construction apartments (say 2005 or newer) in the Lawrence or Washington township areas.

Can anyone give me more information on those areas? Which one is a better location for a young couple without kids (entertainment, dining, shopping, etc.)? Finally, does anyone have apartment recommendations? I've had terrible experiences in the past with older buildings so we are looking for a pet friendly newer construction apartment or townhome.

Check out Harrison Place apts in Lawrence. They are very nice and safe. They are also located directly across from the YMCA.

Check out the two or three apartment complexes in the Keystone at the crossing area. But stay away from River Road Apt.
