Does anyone have any knowledge of this subdivision? One of the houses we are looking at for a rent to own is in this area and we just wanted others comments about it if possible.

Yes, I actually just moved out of there last month after living there for almost 10 years. It's a big neighborhood - great location right off the highway. Close to shopping, schools, etc. There are lots of young families with kids as well as a pool and playground. Anything you'd like to know specifically?

Is it safe area presumably I would assume so but you never know....How far from the gradeschool? How's the association? Are they a pain to deal with to get anything approved or no? That's all I can think of right now.

It is an extrememly safe neighborhood. Probably under a mile to the elementary school, a couple miles to the intermediate school and high school.
