Since you are not getting the answers you desire, I will try and help.

The area you are questioning is not a good place to look for rental property. You are probably interested in being an absentee landlord and that is problematic for the residents of the city. In fact, if you decide on going this route, there will be a great deal of pressure put on you and your tenant to keep the property in A+ condition.

With this in mind, I would suggest you look elsewhere. From what I understand, there are great opportunities here> billings montana - Google Maps

There are some awesome condos available in Arizona and Florida. They make fantastic rental properties. If you play your cards right, you can get a pretty sweet deal on a loan, too. I recommend Countrywide Mortgage Company.
