Depends on how you define 'internet' printing. If you think of remote offices printing from one to another 'internet printing' has been happening for a LONG time, even before the internet was 'public'.
This PR seems to indicate it didn't happen till 2007:

It also seems to omit credit for the solution.
Shipping (such as it was) happened before the 90's as I recall, but that was more in the guise of having a fed-ex box in the store, not that it was dedicated to 'shipping'. That happened (again as I recall) in the mid 2000's around the time UPS started their stores.
