I have Comcast, and I can now access it again (I couldn't when news first broke yesterday morning).

Not all comcast customers are blocked from TPB. I believe it is only in certain areas at the moment. But yeah, pirate bay goes down all the time because they are always under attack.

Yea, I know. I was just mentioning my experience. It was not TPB because the site was clearly still up. It was not Comcast because it affected multiple ISPs and many Comcast users who could not access it could successfully trace and do netblock tests. Not a DNS issue for this very reason.

My guess is it is with TBPs ISP or vhost.
