Remember those sci-fi flicks where iris recognition is used to gain access to top-secret files? Now, for the first time this technology has been adapted for consumers, so they too can enjoy logging in to all of their personal accounts all in the blink of an eye.

A New York-based biometric security company is set to market an iris scanner that would connect to a personal computer the next few months.

Soon, log-in to Facebook with your eye using an iris-scanner!
