im looking for someone who knows how to make a website from scratch...not just some simple website, more like a flash website

As you were advised on the other forum(computers) .. forget Flash and try your hand at HTML first.

I see that you are looking for freelancers here. I'm not sure if you have scout some resume online but if you want to spot that someone who can do the job for you then it would be advisable for you to do so.
