I have a first generation, 16gb iPod touch. It's in good condition, it works well, no problems. It comes with USB cable/charger. Has docking port for computer.

Thanks, John

Check E-Bay to see how much people are bidding on these devices.

I'd say you could get at most $50 for it depending on the condition. On average, you could sell it for $25 on ebay.

I bought this iPod for 50.00 from a friend and was going to sell it but now this friend has given me more accessories for it and now I hate to sell it.

I bought three Ipod Touchs on craigslist for about $70 each (separate purchases) for three of my kids. (I lost the battle. I hate ipods but that's what they wanted for competing on the swim team this past summer....) They were generation II and had 8, 8, and 16 gigs. I saw more first generations for a little cheaper maybe $60-$65.

You should be able to get around 60-80 for it.

Before using the iPod,

Do you have to sign-up with a user name and password and I think a Credit Card? I hate dealing with Credit Cards.

No. You just plug it into your computer and away you go. It DOES require a user name and password to purchase content from the iTunes store.
