I mean.....what are you trying to add with HTML? Where are you trying to add it? Are you writing an overlay? Are you trying to put it in the chat box? There needs to be more detail here.

I'm guessing stuff like making a clicky in a comment post - I don't believe there is a way to do it.

If you're building a Facebook presence, the answer is yes. Everything you need to know is at Facebook HTML5 Resource Center - Facebook Developers

If you're just wanting to add HTML to comments or your timeline, the answer is no. Facebook restricts the formatting in those areas.
