Ads and hyperlinks in Firefox (mouse, Microsoft, work, redirect)

I have MSE and Adblock plus. Is there anything else I need to get this completely removed? I also get redirects in Firefox and IE. IE seems to get the ads much more and takes up most of the webpage.

I circled them in red. Most wepages are littered with the hyperlinks and if I scroll the mouse over it a pop up comes up.

Check your installed programs list, it might be something you "accidentally" installed or something else installed it.

I know I saw something similar before and while annoying in that case it was easy to get rid of though normal Windows uninstall.

I like IObit's free uninstaller; it works really well and can perform a deep scan after a program has been uninstalled.
